Bird's Tongue - Old Tea Tree Species
We have two types of Bird's Tongue, one is called Artificial Good Seed, which comes from improved artificial tea trees, also known as mono-sexual reproduction tea trees, this tea tree is cultivated from the branches or some part of other tea trees. The average lifespan of this tea tree is usually around 5 years.<br>The other kind is called old tea tree species, which is a tea tree grown with tea tree seeds, also known as dual-sex propagation tea tree, this kind of tea tree has a longer life span, more variation and better tea flavor.<br>This tea is the old tea tree species.<br>The two kinds of Bird's Tongue process is exactly the same, and the picking time of the old tea tree species is a little later.<br>However, the old tea tree species will taste better, it will have a better aftertaste and the medicinal value of the tea tree is more obvious.
Jasmine White
This is a jasmine tea made with jasmine flowers and fresh green tea.<br>White means that the green tea made is partly white, the reason for this white color is the fuzz on the back of the tea leaves, which is a sign that the green tea is particularly fresh. On the back of fresh tea leaves, there are thick and short white fuzz.<br>A tea tree is the higher quality and older , the more fuzz in its leavses.<br>Simply put, the main advantage of Jasmine White is is green tea, it represents the source of green tea quality tea trees, the general life span of artificially bred tea trees is 5 years, the life span of tea trees used in Jasmine White is generally 6 - 10 years.<br><br>We always advocate not to use price to judge the high or low quality of tea, but to rely on our own feelings. Price is only an important factor in expressing whether the tea is of high quality or not, but it is not considered to be the whole factor. Knowing tea knowledge and trusting your nose, tongue and senses is the wisest and most important choice.
Snowflack on Lake Green No.3
